The SIG SAUER ROMEO5 GEN II is a compact 1x20mm red dot sight designed for carbine and rifle platforms. It uses an illuminated dot reticle, motion-activated MOTAC technology, and top-mounted controls for non-magnified aiming.

The optic supports M1913 Picatinny mounting and provides unlimited eye relief with a parallax-free optical design. Its CR2032 battery system, multiple brightness settings, and IPX7-rated waterproof and fog-proof construction support use across varied lighting and weather conditions. The optic provides 1x magnification for non-magnified aiming. The front lens measures 20mm. The sight uses an illuminated dot reticle.

The battery type is CR2032. MOTAC technology provides motion-activated illumination. The sight offers 12 brightness settings , including dedicated night-vision settings. The mounting interface is M1913 Picatinny. The optical system provides unlimited eye relief.
